Read the Bible in a Year… A time for renewal and new beginnings.
“At the beginning of the year, many of us committed to reading the Bible from Genesis to Revelation in one year. While many of us have continued to read, I would like to encourage each of us to commit to reading between now and December 31.
“If you are interested in reading through the New Testament with us, check out the newsletter and bulletins each week for the corresponding scripture. This is a great opportunity for each of us to re-read the story of Christ’s birth, life, and resurrection, as we prepare for the holiday season. “Don’t forget, everyone is also welcome to join us for a monthly discussion about our readings. The next one is Sunday, November 13, at 12:30 p.m. Soup will be provided. You may bring a salad to share.”
