If you are a graduate, or have a Hazelwood graduate in the family, please let us know! High School and College graduates will be recognized in both services on Sunday, March 18.
A lunch for graduates, and their immediate families, will begin at 12:30 p.m., in the Sulanke Fellowship House. Please fill out the form below with the names of graduates and their school information. Please turn your reservations in as soon as possible (no later than March 11th) so students can be recognized.
