Dr. David Cartwright, Minister Emeritus, recently published his second book of sermons. “Eyes of Faith” is a collection of ten sermons based on the Gospel texts from the Revised Common Lectionary. These messages look at the words and events of Jesus’ life through new eyes, and how we can apply that new vision to our daily Christian walk.
The dedication includes Rev. Floyd Emshwiller, Dr. Earl Davis, Rev. Randall Campbell and Dr. Robert Sulanke, all from the Hazelwood family. A book signing has been set for Sunday, March 4, prior to Taters and Talent (at 5 p.m.). Sign up for purchase of books will be held during coffee fellowship on February 12 and February 19.
Cost of the book is $13.00, of which five dollars will be a donation to Hazelwood Christian Preschool.
