A group including Shirley Bookout, Barb Marlow, Mary Ann Matchett, John Starnes, Bob Weller, Sara Laroche, and Rev. Colby Smith met several times to review and revise the current constitution/by-laws. The new document entitled “Governance Guidelines” has been made available for review. Copies of the document are located in the library area of the church.
The new Governance Document will be voted on during a special congregational meeting to be held on November 25, immediately following the 9 a.m. Sanctuary service (approximately 10:15 p.m.)
