January 6, 2013, Fast Approaching!

Sunday, January 6 is the kick-off!!  Of what, you ask??  Sunday, January 6, 2013, is the first Sunday of our simultaneous worship services!  Both services (Traditional and Celebrate) will begin at 10 a.m.

Why, you ask?  Much study and conversation has gone into this decision.  The major reason is so that all of our church family can be at church at the same time on Sunday mornings.  This will align us with growing congregations that share the same Sunday morning platform.  If we are to grow, we need to do some things differently.  This will allow for greater unity within Hazelwood by sharing common worship times.

Other benefits are: a combined coffee fellowship time; adult, youth, and children shared Sunday morning Bible time; unified children’s choir; and greater possibility for whole-church activities.

Please mark your calendar now for Sunday, January 6, and plan to be at church at 10 a.m.
