FREEDOM AND DEMOCRACY SUNDAY WORSHIP SERVICE

This year, we will celebrate our Freedom and Democracy Sunday on June 30, with one combined service, outdoors, at 10 a.m. If the weather does not cooperate, the service will be held in the Sanctuary. Chairs will be set up in front of the Sanctuary steps, but you are invited to bring your own comfy chairs or a blanket.

We will be doing something new for this year’s service…we will create a cross on the lawn using little American flags. Everyone will receive a flag with their bulletin, and at the appropriate time in the service, you will be invited to place your flag somewhere in the outline that will be marked on the lawn. There will be a prayer to accompany this act of worship.  So let’s pray for great weather, and we’ll see you on June 30, at 10 a.m.
