Free Flu Shot Clinic at Hazelwood, courtesy of Walgreens , Sunday, October 12, 11:30 a.m., Sulanke Fellowship House, East Room. The Flu Shot Clinic will be set up after worship. For every shot given, a shot will also be given to a child in a developing country. This is Walgreens’ “Shot At Life” program. It’s a win-win!
No appointment necessary, just stop over after church, and get your free flu shot. Please note: you do not have to sign the financial disclosure about not affording the shot or not having insurance. Walgreen’s offered these to us free of charge, as a non-profit.
