NOTES OF GRATITUDE…
“Dear Friends, being the light looks different for each of us in our daily work, conversations, choices, and opportunities. You, for example, are a light to the world where you live, work, and play, and by extension through your prayers and financial gift for the Navigators. Thank you for helping share the Gospel in the United States and around the globe. Thank you for your partnership. Not only are you transforming the lives of others, but you bring encouragement and support to our Navigator staff as well. In 2015, may we be His light, for His glory, in all contexts of life.”
~In Him, Doug Nuenken, US President, The Navigators. Hazelwood’s gift of $300 went to support Jonathan and Tiffany Branam, missionaries in China.
“As we continue to answer God’s call to serve and care for the hungry and homeless in the Washington DC metropolitan area, we are always mindful of our reliance on your caring support. Thank you for your recent gift of $250 to Central Union Mission. Please rest assured that we are dedicated stewards of your investment in the Ministry.” ~Sincerely, David 0 Treadwell, Executive Director. This organization was part of last summer’s Hazelwood Youth Mission Trip.
“I want to take a moment to express my deep gratitude to you and your group for adopting 40 families, at Christmas, through The Salvation Army. Without your support this year we would not be able to help the less fortunate of Delaware County. Blessings were bestowed, not only upon the needy, but everyone who contributed. Thank you again for your help!” ~Sincerely, Christina Maddy, Social Service Coordinator, The Salvation Army.
