You’re invited to our Hazelwood Thanksgiving Potluck Dinner on Sunday, November 15, at 11:30 a.m., in Cartwright Hall.
Instead of a big turkey meal, we are giving thanks by celebrating the culinary talent of our congregation! Starting this Sunday, October 18, there will be a sign-up sheet in the Rotunda. You may also call the church office to reserve your seat. We would like to know how many are attending, and what food you would like to share. We will need main dishes, meat, side dishes, salads, soups, bread, and of course, desserts. Drinks will be provided. You’re welcome to attend, even if you feel you can’t bring anything to share. Since YOU will be providing the meal, there will be no
money collected at the dinner.
Following the dinner, we will have our Annual Meeting. This is when members vote on the 2016 budget, elect officers, elders, and deacons, and discuss the business of the church.
