Breakfast and dinner were provided for Christian Ministries’ Men’s Sleeping Room during the week of January 15-21 by Hazelwood volunteers Shirley Bookout, Don & Cheryll Crose, Marianna & Tony Gill, Jeff & Kelly Heavilon, Dennis Holmes, Rev. MUNCIE MISSION’S ANNUAL WALK-A-MILE IN MY SHOES
Saturday, February 11, 2017 (inclement weather date: February 18): Beginning at 9 a.m. at the Muncie Fieldhouse and walking to the Mission.
This walk is to raise funds for the Muncie Mission—to take a step into the struggles facing the homeless. It also serves to extend the purpose of the Muncie Mission, which is to provide compassionate rescue services on an immediate and/or long-term basis to the poor and needy of East Central Indiana.
The good news is everyone can take part—you can walk, or support a walker with a donation. To sign up to walk, go to walkformunciemission.com and register under Team #120, Hazelwood.
