Not that we need an excuse to get together and fellowship, but you are invited to join us on Friday, May 5 at 6 p.m. in Cartwright Hall to celebrate Cinco de Mayo! A taco bar will be provided; you are asked to bring your favorite Mexican dish (or your favorite non-Mexican dish!). Not sure what to bring? We will try to have some authentic (as authentic as we can find) Mexican recipes that you can pick up when you sign up.
