Due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict, the date for the Flu Shot Clinic here at Hazelwood has changed. Walgreens will be offering flu shots to our congregation (12 years old and up) here at Hazelwood after worship on Sunday, October 21. If you have insurance, please have your card with you that morning. If you have any questions, please contact Stefanie in the church office.
Sign up in Sulanke Commons after worship if you would like to participate. This will help ensure they have an adequate number of vaccines on-hand. Don’t miss out on this great (and convenient!) opportunity to protect yourself from the flu this year!
